Interstate NationaLease, Inc. requires that we have a Certificate of Insurance in hand before the vehicle can be released. 

It must show the following coverage:

• $1,000,000.00 Auto Liability and General Liability Coverage.
• ($5,000,000.00 if hauling hazardous materials
• Fuel and Hazmat haulers must have form MCS-90 and Pollution endorsement CA 99 48)

• Physical Damage Insurance (policy deductibles are required to be listed)

• Interstate NationaLease, Inc. must be named as Additional Insured & Loss Payee for rented or leased vehicles.
  If Interstate NationaLease is named Additional Insured the policy must be endorsed.

• Interstate NationaLease, Inc. must be named the “Certificate Holder”.  Please have it read as follows:
